CAI offers two types of programs within this category. First, CAI conducts a site review, a physical walkthrough, of your entire facility, capturing potential issues through digital imaging and presenting these issues/concerns to your management team by either written report or physical briefing. This program provides CAI clients with an independent compliance view of your facility, assisting you in maintaining and improving regulatory compliance.

Secondly, CAI combines our Compliance Review Program (as previously noted) with our annual Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure and/or Facility Response Plan training programs whereby students see the actual condition of the entire facility, in relationship to current regulations. This is one of the most powerful compliance tools used by CAI clients. Clients have taken this program to the extreme, developing a competitive compliance program between various company locations. The results are positive, accepted, and have dramatically improved compliance awareness and regulatory excellence, while forming an outstanding base of work projects.
