CAI designs and facilitates Incident Command System training programs for both public and private organizations. Based on the National Incident Management System (NIMS), Incident Command System and Emergency Incident Management philosophies, CAI combines public and private concerns, and applies NIMS/ICS concepts to achieve an ultimate training program. These training programs have not only been accepted by both public and private organizations, but have proven themselves in management of actual incidents as they demonstrate how each responding organization works together without loss of authority, responsibility, and/or accountability.
