Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure compliance and training programs are specifically designed for each corporate client, in every type of industry required to maintain a SPCC Plan in accordance with 40 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 112. CAI has designed, programmed and facilitated hundreds of these SPCC programs for rail, steel, natural gas and other industries in over 25 states. These programs are continually updated including all current federal regulations, plans, and programs and New Final Rules. Classes can be presented in one-hour sessions to accommodate work shifts (SPCC Annual Briefings) and/or three-hour courses to meet facility management and personnel needs.
